- Marcos Brasil is naturalized southern Brazilian from Curitiba, Brazil. He moved to Rio de Janeiro when he was sixteen years old, then following a long career in many Steakhouses in Brazil, working in several jobs as in serving buffets, as a bartender, waiter, host and maitre. Then moving to the United States in 1998 and establishing a residency in Miami, Florida since then. Now Marcos Brasil Catering stellar reputation has been built by providing caring and personalized service of a Brazilian Steakhouse style party with an emphasis on: creativity and flexibility.
